Remuneration Structure

With our clients in mind, we have conceptualized a unique, industry first remuneration structure. When you hire a candidate through us, our recruitment fees are as follows:

• 1.5 % of the candidate’s first annual salary, per month over 10 months.
• Should the candidate’s employment be terminated within the first 10 months, no further fee would be charged (these fees are only payable during the months of service).
• We guarantee to recruit according to our carefully developed protocol and specifically do not offer replacement candidate services.
