Candice grew up in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town and matriculated from Grassy Park High School in 2003. After school, she decided that a career in Media and Broadcasting is what she would like to pursue. While working in the Hospitality Industry she studied via correspondence at UNISA and graduated with a Degree in Communication Science. Hospitality presented many opportunities such as a 2 week trip to the Netherlands in 2008 which was one of her many career highlights.
Candice never lost focus of her initial goals and she then went on to work for Radio Stations in Cape Town such as KFM, GoodHope FM and Vibe Radio where she was part of the marketing team and worked as a Radio Presenter.
As time went by Candice gave in to her first love, which was hospitality and joined Career Custodians in early 2016 as a Recruitment Officer. She lives in Blouberg with her partner and their wild birds. Other than her obsession with shopping for high heels, she enjoys being a tourist in her own country and travels extensively.
Nathan grew up in Kensington Cape Town. After completing school he started working for a catering company as a chef followed by number of chef jobs at some of the cities most dynamic companies. Nathan quickly realized that the hospitality industry was where he thrived.
Due to his diligent and committed nature, he was offered a roll as an account manager at HBR Recruiting where he stayed for 2 years. He then moved to Inn Staff Recruitment Agency where his tasks included everything from sourcing and recruiting staff to placements and payroll.

Ismail grew up in Paarl which is located in the Cape Winelands area with his 4 siblings and parents. He matriculated in 2011 and started life after school as a Telemarketing Sales Agent in Parow. He was promoted to a Team Leader in 2015 and due to the nature of the role, he had to interact with agents, colleagues as well as higher management thus prompted him to further his studies Majoring in Industrial Psychology and Tourism.
Ismail completed his degree at the University of the Western Cape in January 2018. He started his career at Career Custodians in 2018 as a Junior Talent Consultant and Administrator.
